- Q: How do I shop on Phoenixjewels.net?
A: It's simple, just 3 easy steps: Select the products that you wish to purchase in the view cart & press the "Buy Now" button Fill in all your billing & shipping details, mode of payment, etc & Then, "Proceed to checkout". A copy of the Invoice will be sent to you in your Inbox. In case, you still have a problem you can also send us your order with complete details (product code, shipping & billing details, mode of payment) at sales@Phoenixjewels.net.
- Q: How will you ship my merchandise?
A: Upon Receipt of payment, products are shipped through Courier, Speed Post or Registered Post Parcel fully insured to its ultimate destination.
- Q: What do you charge over the MRP for shipping and insurance?
A: All prices are inclusive of Shipping, Insurance and taxes if shipped within India, For International parcels, we charge only additional US$ 40 for Diamond Parcels and US$ 30 for Non Diamond Parcels. Respective countries will have to bear VAT & Tax as applicable in their respective countries on the selling price To save on shipping charges you can club your purchase.
- Q: How secure is the transaction?
A: Your privacy & security is important to us. Phoenix Jewels takes every precaution to protect our users information. When users submit sensitive information via our website, your information is protected both online and off-line.
- Q: What if I want to return my purchase?
A: At Phoenix jewels, we offer a 100% Money Back guarantee if you are not satisfied for any reason for Jewelry, with the exception of shipping costs, within (7) days of receipt & if returned in original condition with all the paper work like certificates etc. In case of loose diamonds the returns have to be within (3) working days of receipt of merchandise. If you wish to return the products, you can call or email us at sales@Phoenixjewels.net to inform us of the return and we will give you the return procedure. In case of any manufacturing defect you can send us the same within 14 days from the receipt of the product for a Free replacement or a full refund. There will be no returns or refund on Custom orders and make your own jewellery.
- Q: How are your prices in comparison to a local Jewelry store?
A: All our products are offered directly from the Factory, hence the price you pay is the least. We do not have any Retail Stores thus avoiding all the additional overheads like inventory costs, wholesale & retail margins, which are indirectly passed on to the Customer. Hence we are very reasonably priced in comparison to local jewelry store.
- Q: What is the shipping time for all Products?
A: Diamond Products are shipped within 14 working days time & Loose diamonds can be shipped within 7 working days from the day of receipt of funds.
- Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: You can send us your payment through Cheque, Demand Draft, Internet Banking,Cash Card. We also accept all mobile payment, the details of which can be sent through our secured server link.
- Q: What is Custom Orders?
A: We understand that Jewelry purchase totally depends on ones own choice and taste. It isn’t possible to keep all the designs as per every ones choice. Hence in case you have any design that you would like to have made, you can scan the design and send it to us. We will get it evaluated by our experts and send you a quote for the same.
Mixing the best of skills of getting it made by hand or machine, so that it is economical for you and do justice for the design we will get the custom jewelry made.
- Q: What is make your own jewelry?
A: If you want to make your own Solitaire jewelry you can select your diamond as per your liking and budget and add to cart. Select the style of Ring, Pendant or Earring and add to the cart. Pay for the same in case of Ring mention the ring size, go to check out and pay for the same. We will assemble at our end and send you the complete jewelry as per your choice ready to wear and cherish.
